Idefix V7

Languages and technologies used : ASP .NET, C#, MSSQL

The project I am currently assigned is to migrate our intranet (Idefix) from a V6 in the new version V7. This project is a large scale and has been started since 2013. This website is the platform on which all employees are working and it is truly LinkByNet's heart of business.
This project has several objectives including:
- Using language more suited to the size of our SI, more scalable and integrating new standards (.NET, HTML5).
- Have a new functional ergonomics aims to facilitate and reduce the time spent on management action via the intranet
- Have a usable intranet via touch interfaces.

I worked on three different modules on this project:
- Projects Search Engine: This is to interface to query our database using a form and display search results in a table.
- Directory: This is also an interface to search for contacts and customers following the companies selected filters
- Contact sheet: This module displays general information of a contact (employee or client). It also allows to update this information and manage his rights

On this project also involved our Nantes and Mauritius teams.

Automation of customer requests

Languages and technologies used : PowerShell, Perl

This project will develop scripts in perl and powershell to automate some customer requests that are recurring. For that, we use an automatic delivery robot named 'Cerebro'. It allows to automatically process requests identified, 24/7. He takes the tickets in maximum 15 minutes and executes immediately. The robot is able to do rollbacks on request. In case of failure or misunderstood exchange, he puts the ticket in the queue for standard treatment by administrators. I worked on the following:
- Research and analysis of customer requests for tickets
- Prioritization of requests
- Drafting of specifications for developers
- Interactions with developers and Reporting
- Documentation and delivery of scripts to the client
- Presentation of the client solution
